Ceviche

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 an onion, diced
  2. JalapeƱo, diced
  3. Hand full of Cilantro, chopped
  4. 1 Can of tuna
  5. 1 Plum tomato, or about half of a regular tomato, diced
  6. 1 Avocado, diced
  7. Juice of 1 lime
  8. Salt
  9. Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Simply combine all ingredients, then add salt and olive oil to taste. A pinch of salt, and a tablespoon of olive oil should do the trick. Give it a taste, and add more if you like.
Notes
  1. Serve on corn chips for a great appetizer!
