Fried Plantains

  1. Olive Oil
  2. Plantains
  1. 1. Peel plantains
  2. 2. Slice into 1/4" pieces
  3. 3. Coat the pan with oil
  4. 4. Fry in hot oil until browned
  5. 5. Flip and fry the other side
  1. Also enjoy as a dessert with a little caramel sauce drizzled on top!
