  1. 1/4 of a red onion
  2. 6 green olives
  3. A few capers
  4. 6 black olives
  5. Sea Salt
  1. 1. Mince all ingredients
  2. 2. Serve on chips
  3. 3. Sprinkle with sea salt
  1. 1. Serve on top of home made chips! Cut corn tortillas into triangles, brush olive oil onto each side and bake for 6 minutes at 400 degrees.
  2. 2. Add cheese and melt for a Nacho twist.
  3. 3. Simply add olive oil and blend for a traditional tapenade.
